Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, E-Child Care is on pause and therefore families are not swiping their ECC Cards or calling their children's attendance in each day. Instead, child care providers receive payment for subsidized families based upon enrollment for the time being. We have updated the services we offer child care providers to continue to assist them.
Our careful, trained, attention to detail management system ensures providers are getting their accurate timely payments. You can focus on the many tasks of running your center while we handle the subsidy operations for you. We have low costs, no long term contracts, and no enrollment fees. Check out our packages below!

Package 1$2.50 per child/per month
3 Monthly Reports
• EPPIC Roster sent 1st of the Month- Details Rates, End Dates, Copayments etc. Changes,
Additions & Deletions Highlighted.
• Biweekly Payment Detail Reports- Evaluates Payments to analyze accuracy, Discrepancies &
Lapses Highlighted.

Package 2$3.50 per child per month
*Eppic Roster sent 1st of the Month
* Biweekly Payment Detail Report
*Reports highlight changes to rates, copayments, agreement end dates. This report indicates agreements that will be ending each month to prevent lapses in eligibility.
*Payment Reports detail which children did not recieve a payment in full as well as lapses and their dates.
*Monitor EPPIC Daily and send Reports of new and/or changes to agreements as needed.

$5.50 per child per month
*Eppic Roster sent 1st of the Month
* Biweekly Payment Detail Report
*Reports highlight changes to rates, copayments, agreement end dates. The report indicates agreements that will be ending each month to prevent lapses in eligibility.
*Payment Reports detail which children did not receive a payment in full as well as lapses and their dates.
*Monitor EPPIC Daily and send Reports of new and/or changes to agreements as needed.
Dialogue with CCR&R’s regarding agreement status, field stop and start dates, etc and
send real time updates to Center Staff
• Complete required paperwork ie discrepancy forms, preliminary, etc via scan/email and
visits as needed.
• Work with Parents to assist with the redetermination process to help ensure
agreements seamlessly extend without a lapse.
*Child Care Attendance entered into EPPIC monthly.
