Mary O’Connell has been providing her services to our Academy for several months. Prior to receiving Mary’s services, I found it difficult at times to maintain updated information on the many subsidy contracts at our Academy. Since receiving help from Mary, I have found it so much easier to keep track of rate changes, expiring contracts and all things subsidy! Mary has been exceptionally proactive in notifying me of any changes with subsidy and even updating attendance records or billing when necessary. I truly cannot recommend Mary O’Connell more, and I am so thankful for the time that I have been able to dedicate to other aspects of our Academy because of Mary’s help!

Mary has been an invaluable asset to our school. Prior to working here, I had never dealt with state subsidies and Mary has made the process smooth and easy. She is always on top of things and makes sure to let us know well in advance of any expiring agreements so we can ensure families have enough time to get them updated. She is communicative and responsive whenever I have a question or issue. I would definitely recommend her services to any school/day care that receives state subsidy payments.

I have been working with Mary O’Connell since the end of August 2023. The services that she provides,

of helping with the subsidy family agreements, has been an asset for school. She is on top of knowing

whose agreements are ending, starting, and everything in between. When there is a question about

specific family information she always can get the answer to me in a timely manner. To have someone

that is reliable makes a significant difference in getting things done the correct way.

I am grateful for NJECC. Mary was truly a part of my team. She did everything from identify lapses to filling out attendance logs. She coordinated with the families' case workers for agreement extensions. I use ProCare and she entered the payments in there for me.
